Overview
Thoth-DocBridge ("the app", "we", "us") is a business application that delivers controlled operational documents to flight crews on behalf of their organization (an airline, flight operator, or training organization). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why, and your choices. The app is intended for use by employees and authorized personnel of organizations that subscribe to the service.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the service:
- Account information — your name and email address, used to sign you in and identify your account.
- User identifier — a unique account ID assigned to your account.
- Organization and role data — your company, role, and assigned groups/fleets, used to deliver the correct documents to you.
- Document activity — records of documents downloaded and revision acknowledgements, used to confirm receipt of required documents for your organization.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or financial data. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell your personal information.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and provide access to the app.
- To deliver the documents assigned to you by your organization.
- To record document acknowledgements and downloads for your organization's compliance.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and operate the service reliably.
Service Providers
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Messaging) to provide authentication, data storage, document delivery, and notifications. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active with your organization. When your organization's administrator removes your account, your associated personal data is deleted. You may also request deletion by contacting us or your organization's administrator.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because accounts are managed by your organization, please contact your organization's administrator, or email us at the address below, to exercise these rights.
Data Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored using our service providers' secured infrastructure. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children's Privacy
Thoth-DocBridge is a professional tool not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
